Gingerline Classic

Gingerline has cashed in their chips on its latest dining adventure, Gingerline Royale. Located at HQ and with gold sparkling off the walls, guests entered through a life-sized wheel of fortune to be immersed in the glittery world of an illicit casino. Customised cards acted as the evening’s menu which guests also used to play blackjack with on the illustrated gambling tables. The night was made complete with slot machine projections, exuberant theatrical performances and a delicious four course meal.


First course

A roulette wheel of seasonal appetisers served with dips and bread

Second course

Parsnip and apple ‘pot of gold’ soup with pancetta, pickled golden beets and dukkah

Third course

Ginger beer beef, sour cherries, spiced barley, roasted squash and watercress

Fourth course

Greek yoghurt panna cotta with cardamom and black pepper syrup, oranges and chopped pistachios
